Objective
Financial assistance to foreign students who have come to Japan for privately funded studies at Japanese schools and who, despite outstanding scholastic aptitude and integrity of character, are unable to continue studying due to financial difficulties and, through such assistance, contribution to the fostering of goodwill with other countries and development of human resources on the international scale.

2. Scholarship aid and guidance/counseling on everyday living for children at children's welfare facilities
3. Scholarship aid and guidance/counseling on everyday living for children orphaned in natural disasters, traffic accidents, etc.
